Electronic Forms

Our 'ready to use modules' are electronic forms that have already been built and are ready for you to start using immediately.  Because they are offered on an ASP basis, implementation of these modules is simple with no up-front charges and none of the usual hardware and software procurement.  We currently offer the following modules:

We can also use our modular architecture to quickly custom configure modules that are geared to solving your unique business problems.  These modules are then added to the list of modules that your users are allowed to access.  Again, with none of the usual complicated hardware and software procurement which is normally required with this kind of application. 

All of our modules are priced on a subscription basis meaning that you only pay a low monthly fee based on the number of users who are using each module. This means that you pay a reasonable monthly fee and that you only need to pay it for the users who are registered to use each module. If you decide that you no longer want some users using some modules then you don't have to pay for them anymore. This means that you aren't making a big up-front commitment.

Mailing Services

If you need to contact a number of individuals within your organization we can help at a very reasonable cost.  Just give us an email template and a list of users to whom you want to communicate including any data that you want included in their message and we will do the rest.  This is a perfect 'no hassle' way of reaching your user community with a consistent and at the same time customized message.  Perfect applications for this service are mailing of vacation balances or payroll advices.  You can also use this service to notify your users of outstanding items that need their attention. 

Sales Commissioning
